Week one
In the first email, we will introduce the concept of the course and provide you with a brief overview of what to expect in each of the seven emails. The first task will be to examine the state of your Soil and Nutrition: Your MindsetYour mindset is the combination of your needs, values, beliefs, and attitudes. Together they determine your understanding of the world and yourself. They shape how you think and act. Life transformation starts by taking control of your mind.... We will look at the Purpose of your life, and explain the fundamental difference between a Life Vision (an outlook based on your purposeThe purpose of your life lies within you. To uncover it, you must embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. and aspirations) and a Life Plan (a specific Roadmap to follow based on your Life Vision).
Week two
Email two delves into the exploration of your NeedsPhysiological needs are the things we need to survive (food, water, air, etc.).
Psychological needs are the things we need to thrive (certainty, significance, connection, etc.).
The importance of each need shifts based on the situat... and ValuesPersonal values are our view of how the world should function. They are (just like our personal beliefs) created especially during our early development years. They are updated (reinforced or replaced) through our life experiences and inten.... We will explore Maslow’s hierarchy of needsPhysiological needs are the things we need to survive (food, water, air, etc.).

In email three, we will introduce the metaphors of the Garden and Landscape: Your RealmYour Realm includes the Goals you set, your Home and Work Environment, your Inner Circle (people you surround yourself with), and the Experiences you pursue. and Weather and Seasons: Your ResilienceWeather and Seasons represent events we have no or little influence over, but which we have to get ready for. Week four
Email four focuses on the Roots: Your Welfare. Here, we will guide you through a step-by-step process to select goals that promote your well-being and align with your core valuesKnowing our values enables us to PLAN and LIVE an authentic life. They guide our decisions, help us see clearly, and ultimately define our lives. Here is a step-by-step guide how to find them.. By nurturing your roots, you lay the groundwork for a thriving and balanced life.
Week five
In email five, we will explore the Trunk and Branches: Your Resources. You will learn how to identify and leverage your resources to support your goals and valuesPersonal values are our view of how the world should function. They are (just like our personal beliefs) created especially during our early development years. They are updated (reinforced or replaced) through our life experiences and inten.... By harnessing your inner and outer resources, you will empower yourself to achieve your dreams.
Week six
Email six introduces the Crown: Your Impact. We will guide you through a process of selecting goals that align with your valuesPersonal values are our view of how the world should function. They are (just like our personal beliefs) created especially during our early development years. They are updated (reinforced or replaced) through our life experiences and inten... and allow you to make a meaningful impact in the world. By focusing on leaving a positive legacy, you will find a deeper sense of purpose and fulfilment.
Week seven
Finally, in the seventh email, we will tie all the areas together and provide you with a step-by-step process to plan a timeline of goals, known as milestones, to create a roadmap for your life. We will also provide an overview of the tools and techniques you can use to stay motivated and focused on your journey.
